As an Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of duties to support the organization's mission and goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

Social Work: Provide support and assistance to individuals and families in need, connecting them with resources and services.

Activation of Inventory: Ability to process applications via smart device and activate for qualified customers.

Inventory Management: Tracking and maintaining care of your inventory and activating any inventory properly.

Compliance: Following proper training and guidance to qualify the necessary customers for their devices and understand the regulations of the program.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Outreach Skills: Comfortable being outdoors and within the community interacting with the public.

Customer Service skills: Ability to communicate with customers about product knowledge and program guidelines.

Marketing skills: Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to promote the organization's mission effectively.

Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to self-motivate and strive to reach your goals.

Technological Skills: Able to fully manage and operate a smartphone device or tablet. Fully able to gain the understanding of activating Android devices with
