team at Scott Seratte LLC $2000 weekly. As a Phone Operator, you will play a crucial role
in providing exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively
handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. Your professional demeanor,
excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be
instrumental in ensuring positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities For Phone Operators:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues or
directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Make outbound calls as necessary, such as follow-ups, appointment reminders, or survey requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, documenting customer
interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Utilize company phone systems and software to transfer calls, place customers on hold, or update customer information as required.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by displaying empathy, active
listening, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality guidelines while handling
customer information.
- Perform additional administrative tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications
in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Phone Operator or in a similar role, demonstrating
exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using phone systems, software applications, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
