Steps to move or convert QuickBooks desktop files to QuickBooks online
Verifying the financial reports
o At first, verify the inventory recalculation. The reason behind this is that the QuickBooks desktop entries do not get sorted until the user wants to get it presented in a particular manner. Also, the user is required to compare un-deposited funds and AR balanced individually. And setting the accounting method to accrual is also needed from the user’s end.
Setting up the payroll system
Now set up payroll system manually. The steps involved in this process are as follows:
o The user is supposed to click on Workers option.
o Once done with that, mark paid in column with Yes under all the employees who have already been paid.
o Now, select Complete Payroll setup option.

Pick up the custom payment types
